A: NYT crossword and coffee.

A: BUDGETS!

A: I can’t do it all and eventually you have to cede some control in order to grow.
Q: What fictional place would you most like to go?
A: Tatooine…But I’ve been to the Oregon dunes and that’s pretty close.

A: Photo: In the American West by Richard Avedon, Non-photo: The Dreamt Land – by Mark Arax.
Q: What risks are worth taking?
A: Creative, certainly, you might fail, but you’ll probably stumble upon something else.
Q: What do you spend the most time thinking about?
A: How to be outside more, what haven’t I photographed on black? – ha : )
Q: Best and worst advice you’ve ever received.
A: Best – Keep overhead low and invest in real estate. Worst – getting too niched.
Q: How has your work evolved over the past few years?
A: More creative input from earlier in the process…certainly a double-edged sword though. Making more time for artwork and personal work, and this was before the pandemic.
Q: One thing you can’t show up to a shoot without – Besides a camera 😉
A: My koozie for all that ice cold sparkling water.
