A: Sipping a cup of strong coffee and seeing my daughter’s smile.

A: Going to the beach with my family.

A: My personal work, Thinking of Home. It is very personal and helps me to connect my family and hometown.

A: A retrospective exhibition of photographs by Hiro, at Pace Macgill Gallery in NYC, 2016.

Q: What mystery do you wish you knew the answer to?
A: What happens after death.

Q: What are some things you had to unlearn?
A: How to use chopsticks properly – I used to hold them in a very strange way.

A: Paradise.

A: HIRO (Photography book).

A: The risks I know I would regret if I didn’t take.

A: Be creative.
