Dhanraj Emanuel is a food photographer specializing in clean, timeless, and authentic images that cut through the clutter of communication. He takes a boutique approach, carefully crafting images—whether for big brands such as The Fresh Market, Smithfield Brand, Pure Farmland, or local ones such as Dewey’s Bakery—to make each one iconic and memorable. His work has been featured in publications such as the Food Network Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post, to name a few. He works out of his North Carolina 1500 sq.ft studio outfitted with a full kitchen, an extensive selection of props and surfaces, and all the grip and medium format digital equipment needed to complete a food production in-house.
