I am a commercial sports & tech lifestyle photographer based in Southern California. My love for photography began when I was 11 years old with a Sports Illustrated subscription that included a free camera. Changing the plastic cameras f-stops from cloudy to sunny was all the sophistication I needed to test it out the first time photographing Shamu on our family vacation. From there, as they say, the rest is history. Over my 20 year career I have worked relentlessly to tell the story in front of me in a visually compelling way. Whether I’m photographing an NBA superstar with a five minute time limit or capturing a solo athlete on the street, I consider myself blessed to be doing what I love. And I love having my wife, 12 year old daughter & 10 year old son along for the ride too!
